Insured shipping takes place after receipt of payment within 1-3 working days. The delivery costs within Germany are 5,90 €.
The costs for international DHL premium shipping depend on the respective zone.
Regardless of the respective zone, all countries listed are supplied via DHL Premium Shipping. For deliveries outside the European Union, local duties and taxes as well as costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer or exchange rate fees) may apply. These possible additional fees are borne by the buyer. For further information or questions, please contact your responsible bank or customs office.

The goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For this we need a short information at service@jlbytwins.com so that we can then send you the DHL return label by E-Mail.
The goods must be unused and undamaged in their original condition. Sale products cannot be exchanged!
In the case of returns within Germany, we assume the costs of the return shipping, returns from abroad are chargeable. The shipping costs paid by the buyer will only be reimbursed for complete returns. The shipping costs for partial returns are borne by the buyer of the goods himself.
